Returns & Exchanges
We've taken a lot of time and care in creating the items found in the Fyerfly store. We are proud of the quality of our premium products and hope you ❤️ them too. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go quite to plan. Any unopened product can be returned for a full refund (including the original shipping charge) within 30 days of receiving it.Please email us and return eligible items in their unopened packaging, along with required info as stated at the end of this page.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTSIf we made a mistake or your items arrived damaged, we sincerely apologise and will take care of that for you. Please email the address below with your order number and details of the damaged or defective product and we will replace it for you, on us!
We hope you receive exactly what you'd hoped for with every purchase! However, we understand that sometimes a size/colour/shape just aint what you expected. If you would like to exchange an unused product for a different variation, please contact us via the details below.

Exchanges must be sent back to the Fyerfly Store within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your packing slip or other identifier (order number, email, name, etc.) and reason for the return. Postal address will be supplied on contact.
